Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Week
9–11, 2021 Virtual Event
BROUGHT TO YOU BY
Across three days, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Week will provide a wide range of strategies and best practices for pharma and biotech companies looking to improve their diversity efforts across all areas of their business, while also providing a deep dive into key areas and access to leaders across functions.
Diversity has been an increasingly important topic in every industry, and there is a hunger for companies to create initiatives that bring them closer to a more diverse organization. This push for change in the corporate world and the erosion of public trust due to lack of transparency have raised new challenges for the pharmaceutical sector. The industry is responding to these challenges by focusing more on optics and customer-centric integrated healthcare solutions and targeting consumers at the middle and bottom of the income pyramid to open up new markets. As these new markets emerge, companies will need to focus on their brand identity, optic demographics, and innovative ways to connect with more patients, diverse areas, as their new customers.
